If your cause is not currently available...
...simply email us at addmycharity@umdonations.com to add an organization. Tell us:
- the name of your organization,
- how you would use your donations,
- where you are located,
- how many people there are in your organization who could make use of our travel services for business or vacation travel (an estimate is fine),
- the contact name and address where the contributions should be sent,
- and to whom or what organization we should send the appropriate tax information at the end of each year where appropriate.
- If your organization is a non-profit entity, please mail the appropriate documentation to the address on the "Contact" tab.
- The email contact in your organization to receive program updates, etc.
- The name of the Ultimate Choice Travel Agent that introduced you to UMDonations.com
- You will then be emailed a formal contract stating all of your rights of participation in our program.
Once you have signed the contract, a link will be established to the travel site of your designated Ultimate Choice Travel agent. Then the rest is up to you! Simply inform the supporters and/or
members of your organization (and any friends and family who would like to donate to your cause!) about this site and the link for your cause or organization. The link will take them to a travel
site where they can shop for any of their vacation or business travel needs. There is no obligation; however if they DO purchase travel on our site, a donation will be made to your organization
every time the agent receives commissions on travel through this dedicated site!
